rat software package provides Unicast and multicast voice-over-IP application, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rat
rat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rat *
You will get with rat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
